Our story

Shiro — white, simple, warm.

“Shiro” means white in Japanese — focusing on a clean space meant to bring people forward and make them stand out. Coffee is often better when it’s enjoyed together. We put in a lot of passion, bake daily, and serve it all in a bright space designed to make you stay a little longer.

Our beans come from Radical Coffee in Oradea but from time to time you’ll find guest roasteries as well!

What are the opening hours at Shiro Coffee Shop?
We're open Tuesday to Sunday, from 8:00 to 17:00. We're closed on Mondays.
Where is the café and how do I get there?
At Mitropoliei Street no. 1, in Sibiu's old town, a one-minute walk from Piața Mare (the main square).
Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes. We regularly have vegan and gluten-free baked goods — they're marked in the display case and in today's list on our website.
Do you have plant-based milk?
Yes, we have oat milk, for a 3 lei supplement on any drink.
Where can I find the allergen list?
On our website, in the “Allergens & nutrition” section — including a downloadable PDF for all baked goods.
